  1. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • YAMITRI reserves the right to disable COD for certain orders, locations, or users.
  • Failed or refused COD orders may result in COD restrictions for future purchases.
  1. Order Confirmation & Cancellation
  • Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully completed or COD is approved.
  • Since products are made-to-order, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
  • YAMITRI reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
  1. Shipping & Delivery
  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary based on location and external factors.
  • Delays caused by courier partners, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
  • Shipping details are shared once the order is dispatched.
  1. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
  • Returns or replacements are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper images.
  • Customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
